The left depicts the original design that I had recreated based on a photo of the existing car magnet they had. The right is of a potential redesign in case the recreation was not close enough to their original design. This client ended up sticking with their original design, and I was happy to have recreated it for them this time in a vector format that would be able to adapt and change as they needed it in the future.

Deb Gouge’s City Council Campaign

Business Card Design
This was an incredibly fun and rewarding campaign to work on. Mrs. Gouge had spent her career as a music teacher and wanted to ensure that was represented in the design, as well as the Elizabethton High School colors, and the Tennessee Tri-Star. The solution I came up with was to treat the top portion as though it were the TN state flag, except in the EHS colors, and the tri-star was an easy inclusion into the O of her last name. For the music staff, I had it come from City as a way to not only eat up some of the negative space but also to include the notes D, E, B, G to spell out Deb G. and add a special piece of personality to the whole campaign.
