Bristol Hemp Company approached me to make a line of chocolate bars inspired by Huichol art. I set out to create a brand and package design that kept Huichol at the focal point while keeping the design clean and readable by focusing on contrast and minimalist design. Keeping the typography in a strong hierarchical order to help guide the consumer's eye down was just as important as an illustration full of movement and intrigue.

I wanted the characters to feel like they were actively interacting with the ingredients and creating the chocolate bars, creating this immersive world all of its own. Like these bars were their own sort of magical item.
